Anything which is injurious to the health or morals, or is indecent or offensive to the senses or to free use of property, so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life and property, or which unlawfully obstructs the free passage or use in the customary manner of any stream, basin, or any public park, square, street or highway, is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
