3-4-6: PURCHASES RESTRICTED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to accept or receive in the ordinary course of business for the purpose of resale or other conveyance, any personal property from any persons under the age of eighteen (18) or any persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any controlled substance. (1980 Code § 5.7.9)
