3-4-5: RETENTION OF PROPERTY:
It shall be unlawful for any person licensed under this Chapter to sell, trade, rent or otherwise dispose of any property acquired for the purpose of resale or other conveyance, for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving the same. (1980 Code § 5.7.8)
