3-4-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, or carry on, the business of a pawnbroker, junk dealer, secondhand storekeeper or secondhand precious metal dealer within the City limits without first procuring a license to conduct such business as hereinafter provided. (1980 Code § 5.7.2)
