3-3-3: PENALTY:

Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be unlawful, and any person so violating such provisions shall be guilty of a misdemeanor hereunder and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1980 Code § 5.4.2; amd. 1999 Code)
