3-3-2: EXCEPTIONS:
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the sale, or soliciting of orders for the sale of, milk, dairy products, vegetables, poultry, eggs and other farm and garden produce so far as the sale of the commodities named herein is now authorized by law. (1980 Code § 5.4.3)
