(a) Bicycle riding, skate boarding and rollerskating are prohibited on the sidewalks in the Business District from Bomford Street to the first east-west alley north of Blagrove Street and from Fulton Street to Clinton Street on Ottawa and Blagrove. Bicycles must be wheeled and not rode in this designated area.
(b) Skate boarding and rollerskating are prohibited on all streets and highways within the Village. (Ord. 5-8-89.)
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
