351.17 FIRE LANES.
   (a)   “Fire lane” means any public street, public alley or established roadway proximate to buildings on private property in the Village which must be kept open and unobstructed so that fire vehicle and equipment may pass through as so designated by the Fire Marshal.
   (b)   No person shall park any vehicle or in any other way obstruct any public street, public alley or established roadway on private property, which has been designated by the Fire Marshal as a fire lane.
   (c)   The Police Division shall remove any vehicle or obstruction of any fire lane at the expense of the owner thereof and shall impound such vehicle until towing charges, fine and costs are paid in full.
