121.01 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   In accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.46, Council shall meet in regular session on the second and fourth Monday of each month beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Richwood Village Hall unless otherwise provided pursuant to law.
