343.01 USE RESTRICTIONS.

The Village Council finds that it shall be lawful for individuals to drive low-speed vehicles, under-speed vehicles, utility vehicles, and mini-trucks within the Village on streets that have a speed limit of not greater than thirty-five miles per hour so long as all requirements of this chapter have been met.
