1147.05 TRANSMITTAL TO VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION.

Immediately after the adoption of a resolution by the Village Council or upon filing of an application by at least one (1) owner or lessee of the subject real estate, said resolution or application shall be transmitted to the Commission.
