A Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is hereby created, which shall consist of five (5) members, to be appointed by the Mayor of the Village of Richwood, each for a term of five (5) years, except the initial appointments shall be one (1) member for one (1) year, two (2); three (3), four (4) and five (5) year terms. Each member shall be a resident of the Village of Richwood. Members of the BZA may be removed from office by a vote of the Village Council, for cause, upon written notice to the BZA member and after a public hearing. All vacancies on the BZA shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor of the Village of Richwood for the unexpired term of the member affected.
