1145.01 OFFICE OF ZONING INSPECTOR GRANTED.

The Mayor of the Village of Richwood shall appoint the Zoning Inspector for the Village of Richwood, subject to the approval of the Village Council. The Zoning Inspector shall enforce all zoning regulations and shall be assigned the duties and responsibilities as the Mayor directs and as specified in Section 1145.02.
