Subsequent to his determination that work is being done contrary to this Zoning Ordinance, the Zoning Inspector shall write a stop work order and post it in a conspicuous location on the premises involved. Removal of a stop work order, except by the order of the Zoning Inspector, shall constitute a punishable violation of this Zoning Ordinance and shall be punishable according to the provisions contained in Section 1141.99 herein below.
