Whenever a violation of this Zoning Ordinance occurs, or is alleged to have occurred, any person may file a written complaint. Such complaint shall fully state the causes and basis thereof and shall be filed with the Zoning Inspector. The Zoning Inspector shall record properly the complaint received, immediately investigate said complaint, report the complaint and his findings to the Planning and Zoning Commissions, and take all necessary action as approved and/or provided by this Zoning Ordinance.
