1141.09 RECORD OF ZONING CERTIFICATES AND CERTIFICATES OF ZONING COMPLIANCE; CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY.

The Zoning Inspector shall maintain a record of all zoning certificates, permits and certificates of zoning compliance and/or certificates of occupancy, and copies shall be furnished, upon request and upon payment of the established fee, to any person having a proprietary or tenancy interest in the building or land affected.
