Inspection of all improvements during construction is required. The subdivider shall give the Village Engineer forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to beginning construction and shall keep the Village Engineer informed of the construction schedule on a weekly basis. The Village Engineer will not approve the final construction unless all inspections are satisfactory. Costs of inspection are the responsibility of the subdivider.
