(a) Overnight camping shall be permitted in designated areas for not more than four consecutive nights at a rate payable to the Village of Richwood in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) per night. Those camping shall pay said fee to the park in designated cash collection boxes. Checkout time for all campsites is noon.
(b) Failure to abide by this section constitutes a minor misdemeanor. Each separate day shall constitute a separate offense.
