Richwood Park is a public park which shall be open and available for use by all persons subject to the Park Rules. Special use of the park facilities, including but not limited to, baseball for boys and softball for girls, shall be by written agreement with the responsible person(s) or organization and the Village.
Council may enter into an agreement with a person(s) for the management of the beach area of the Park.
