929.01 PROTECTION OF VILLAGE WATER SUPPLY.
   (a)   For the protection of the water supply of the Village, and in order to prevent its pollution and unnecessary waste, and in accordance with Ohio R.C. 715.08, no person or entity shall drill a water well for the purpose of providing water for consumption and/or draining into the sanitary sewer lines or otherwise brought into the Village via water pipelines.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. For the purpose of this section, a separate offense is committed each day water is caused to be transmitted, piped, carried or otherwise brought into the Village via water pipelines.
