As used in this chapter:
(a) “Street trees” means trees, shrubs, bushes, and other woody vegetation on land (tree lawns) lying between sidewalks or property lines (where no sidewalks exist) and the pavement or curbs on all streets, avenues, lanes, etc., within the Village.
(b) “Park trees” means trees, shrubs, bushes and other woody vegetation in Village parks and land areas owned by the Village.
(c) “Tree lawn” means that strip of land lying between sidewalks or property lines (where no sidewalks exist) and the curb or pavement on all streets, avenues, lanes, etc., within the Village.
(d) “Large tree” means any tree species which normally attains a full grown height in excess of fifty feet.
(e) “Medium tree” means any tree species which normally attains a full grown height between twenty-five and fifty feet.
(f) “Small tree” means any tree species which normally attains a full grown height less than twenty-five feet.
