901.04 MAINTENANCE OF SIDEWALKS.

(a) It shall be the duty and responsibility of the owner of each parcel of real estate within the Village to maintain and repair the sidewalk abutting his/her premises.

(b) The Village Administrator shall advise property owners and inspect as necessary.
