901.03 PARKING SPACE (PAD) BETWEEN STREET AND SIDEWALK.
   After approval, as specified in Section 903.01 , a parking space (pad) shall be constructed as follows:
Topsoil shall be removed; curbs constructed on both sides; base excavated for not less than eleven inches of Number 304 stone; and compacted and paved with not less than two inches of asphalt concrete or six inches of concrete. Paving shall be completed within one year from approval.
