§ 163.061 RELATIONSHIP WITH ZONING DISTRICTS.
   Zoning districts lying within the boundaries of a historic district are subject to regulations for both the zoning district and the historic district. If there is a conflict between the requirements of the zoning district and the requirements of the historic district, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
