§ 158.048 NOTIFICATION OF BEGINNING WORK WHEN EFFECTIVE.
   Before beginning work under any permit to construct, the permittee shall notify, in writing, five days prior to start of work, the city’s Street Commissioner of the date he or she will begin such work.
