The permittee shall at the time of receipt of a permit to construct sign a copy of a “limitation of access” instrument, if so required by the Board, which shall be obtained and left with the Permit Clerk of the City Engineer’s office, for recording in the deed record, together with a check payable to the County Recorder covering the costs of recording the instrument. Such Clerk shall immediately cause said limitation of access instrument to be recorded and send acknowledgment thereof to the permittees.
