(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) If any contractor violates, or commits any act prohibited in § 157.030, or fails to perform any duty lawfully mandated, within the time prescribed by the DPW, or fails, neglects or refuses to obey any lawful order given by the DPW in connection with the provisions of § 157.030, the contractor shall be fined $100 for the first offense and $500 for each subsequent offense within a calendar year. Each such violation, act, failure or refusal, and every day the aforementioned continues shall constitute a separate offense.
