§ 156.043 REPAIRING AIRCRAFT.
   No person other than a qualified mechanic shall repair an aircraft, aircraft engine, propeller or apparatus in any area on the airport; except that, designated as a shop hangar by the RBOAC and then only under the supervision of a qualified mechanic.
