After 3-21-1955, no mobile home park shall be constructed within the city unless it is in a location zoned for business under the provisions of the zoning regulations of the city, and shall have in front a yard which shall extend completely across that portion of the part which faces on a public street or highway. There shall be no obstruction in the yard for a distance of 40 feet from the inside line of the sidewalk or sidewalks abutting the street or streets, or in front of the setback line established for houses on the same street or streets on which the park is situated, or as established in adjacent subdivision, whichever is the greater.
