§ 154.002 USE OF MOBILE HOME FOR HABITATION.
   No person shall use a mobile home or permit a mobile home to be used for human habitation outside a state licensed mobile home park. No person shall erect a tent to be occupied for overnight accommodation, in such mobile home park.
