§ 154.001 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOBILE HOME. Any vehicle, including the equipment sold as part of the vehicle, so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance on public streets or highways by either self-propelled or non-self-propelled means, and so designed, constructed or reconstructed, or added to by means of an enclosed addition or room in such a manner as will permit its occupancy as a dwelling for one or more persons, which is both used and occupied as a dwelling having no foundation other than wheels, jacks, skirting or other temporary supports.
   MOBILE HOME PARK. An area of land on which three or more mobile homes are harbored for the purpose of being occupied either free of charge or for revenue purposes and shall include any building, structure, vehicle or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the equipment of the mobile home park.
