§ 152.002 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by I.C. 36-1-4-11 and 36-7-4, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement and amendment of this chapter for control of post- construction storm water runoff in the city.
