§ 151.083 COOPERATION.
   Cooperation shall be established between the Building Commissioner, Health Officer and the Fire Chief, and the Director of Planning and Redevelopment for the purpose of effecting a program of slum elimination, rehabilitation, neighborhood conservation and slum prevention. It shall be the duty of these persons to place into effect the purpose and spirit of this chapter.
