§ 151.065 SECURING UNFIT DWELLING AGAINST ENTRY.
   The owner or operator of any dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house or rooming house unit vacated under the provisions of this chapter shall make the structure safe and secure from entry by unauthorized persons.
