If the condition of any dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house or rooming house unit and appurtenance thereto requires repair in order to promote the public welfare, but the repair to the dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house or rooming house unit and appurtenance thereto is not feasible in the opinion of the Building Commissioner, then the dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming house or rooming house unit and the appurtenance thereto shall be forthwith condemned and removed pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9 et seq.
