§ 150.020 RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal the decision(s) of the Director of the city’s Enforcement Authority or his or her duly authorized representatives first through the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7 and I.C. 4-21.5-3-7.
