§ 150.018 LIABILITY.
   The city, the Director of the city’s Enforcement Authority or his or her duly authorized representatives charged with the enforcement of this subchapter, acting in good faith and without malice in the discharge of their duties, shall not thereby render themselves personally liable and they hereby are relieved from all personal liability for any damage that may accrue to person or property as a result of any act required or by reason of any act of omission in the discharge of their duties. Any suit brought against the city or the Director or his or her duly authorized representatives because of such act of omission performed by them in the enforcement of any provisions of this subchapter, shall be defended by the Legal Department of the city until final termination of the proceedings.
