§ 131.011 CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES OR REGULATIONS.
   Any rule, regulation, resolution or administrative action of the city’s Sanitary District that conflicts with this chapter will take precedence over this chapter. All other ordinances that are in conflict with this chapter are repealed to the extent necessary to give this chapter full force and effect.
