Every sexually-oriented business that is granted a license (initial or renewal) shall pay to the city an annual non-refundable license fee of $500, currently this is the amount determined to be sufficient to pay the cost of administration and enforcement of this chapter. The annual license fee shall be due for any existing sexually-oriented business within 60 days of passage of this chapter.
