§ 116.007 SEVERABILITY.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter are severable.
   (B)   If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter is declared invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declarations of invalidity shall not affect the remainder of this chapter, which shall continue in effect.
