§ 115.044 MARKINGS.
   (A)   All taxicabs operated within the city shall be clearly marked with the name and phone number of the taxicab company on both the driver’s side and passenger side front doors in permanent lettering no smaller than five inches.
   (B)   Stretched limousines shall be exempt from this section.
