§ 115.035 PASSENGER VIOLATION OF LAW.
   Any passenger in a taxicab who violates any law, ordinance or rule of the Board of Public Works and Safety, may be ejected from the vehicle by the driver. If the passenger has paid his or her fare in advance, the driver shall return to him or her the unearned balance of the fare.
