§ 115.033 INFORMATION TO PASSENGERS.
   Every driver of a taxicab, on request by any person who is, or has been, or is about to become, a passenger in the vehicle, shall give to the person his or her name, his or her taxicab driver’s license number, his or her state chauffeur’s number and the license number of the vehicle.
