§ 115.001 GARAGE, YARD AND PORCH SALES.
   (A)   A garage, yard or porch sale operated by the owner or tenant of a property in a residential district, independent of any other business enterprise, shall be permitted.
   (B)   However, such garage sale shall be limited to a period of one to four consecutive days five times per year.
