Any license issued for a licensee as defined herein may be revoked or suspended by the Board of Public Works and Safety after notice and a hearing, in any case where any of the provisions of this chapter have been violated or that any statement made on the application for license would now be made false. The license shall be revoked should there exist any violation of the rules and regulations of the Health Department of the county or the state.
