§ 113.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating §§ 113.001 through 113.006 shall be fined $50 for the first offense and $100 for each subsequent offense. Violations of §§ 113.001 through 113.006 may be enjoined pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6-4.
