§ 94.009 CONSUMER PROTECTION.
   It shall be the obligation of businesses selling alarm systems and doing business with the city to inform customers at the point of sale that local ordinance requires anyone in control of an alarm system, as defined by this subchapter, to obtain a permit for such alarm.
