§ 91.001 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION. Used in the Fire Prevention Code, it shall mean the Fire Inspection Unit of the Fire Department.
   CORPORATION COUNSEL. Used in the Fire Prevention Code, it shall mean the City Attorney.
   MUNICIPALITY. Used in the Fire Prevention Code, it shall mean the City of Richmond, Indiana.
