§ 31.041 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE.
   The grievance procedure, which is adopted as part of the city employee personnel policy, shall be used for any grievance filed according to the terms of this subchapter, provided, any grievance involving this subchapter must include review by the EEOC compliance officer as described above.
