   (B)   One-way alleys. Traffic on and along alleys within the central business district of the up to and including 12th Street city shall be as follows.

      (1)   Traffic on and along north and south alleys north of Main Street shall be northbound only.

      (2)   Traffic on and along north and south alleys south of Main Street shall be southbound only, with the following exceptions:

         (a)   The alley between the service drive and South 7th Street and South 8th Street shall be a two-way alley; and

         (b)   The alley between the service drive south of the Promenade and South A Street located between South 9th Street and South 10th Street, shall be a two-way alley.

      (3)   Traffic on and along east and west alleys north of Main Street shall be westbound only, with the following exceptions:

         (a)   The alley between 7th Street and 8th Street shall be a two-way alley;

         (b)   The alley between 11th Street and 12th Street shall be a two-way alley; and

         (c)   The alley between 12th Street and 13th Street shall be a two-way alley.

      (4)   Traffic on and along east and west alleys south of Main Street shall be eastbound only, with the following exceptions:

         (a)   The alley between 5th Street and 6th Street shall be a two-way alley service drive;

         (b)   The alley between 6th Street and 7th Street shall be a two-way alley service drive; and

         (c)   The alley immediately south of the Parking Garage between South 8th Street and South 7th Street shall be west-bound only.
